Event Registration

Description:

The Hero Throwdown is a totally unique event. There is just one huge workout which includes paddle boarding and non complex movements making it a really accessible event but also very challenging.

Each athlete in a pair needs to sign up individually here.

Every athlete will receive their own ATP athlete t-shirt for the event. 

Its £20 entry & this includes your T-shirt so its an amazing price.

We have just 24 spaces for the pairs competition so 12 pairs.

The 1 workout will be really inclusive and suit most athletes & it will take between 40-80 minutes to complete. 

Even in a pair this will still be a tough workout but it will be achievable for most athletes. As a pair you can split the workout how you like.
